Abstract

Abstract: The most effective and appropriate direction of community development in Fef Village Fef District to achieve the objectives is a program that involves or positions the community as the subject of development so that it is involved in the process of planning, implementation and evaluation. The direction of community empowerment should be adjusted to the potential, so that it is on target and development runs in accordance with the objectives. Data analysis is the process of systematically searching and compiling data obtained from interviews, field records and other materials, so that it can be easily understood, and its findings can be informed to others. The results of the discussions raised are that economic empowerment of the poor, infrastructure development, social development, poverty problems and economic polarization of education, poverty based on the demence of the role of the government, poverty reduction Fef Village. Motode data analysis in this research using qualitative data analysis is done interactively and takes place continuously at every stage of research so that it is complete.
