Abstract


Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of management compensation and compliance towards ethical behavior partially and simultaneously. Data collection using questionnaires and processed with regression analysis. The results of the analysis showed that: (1) management compensation variables have a positive and significant effect on the ethical behavior of employees, (2) compliance variables have a positive and significant effect on the ethical behavior of employees of Waitatiri Production House Handicraft Center, (3) simultaneously variable compensation management and compliance have a positive and significant effect on the ethical behavior of employees, Center for Handicrafts Waitatiri Production House.
