PENGARUH PENERAPAN SISTEM E-COMMERCE TERHADAP PENJUALAN JASA PADA MANISE HOTEL KOTA AMBON
Abstract
Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of the E-commerce system on the level of service sales at Manise Hotel Kota Ambon and to determine the effect of information factors (X1), Marketing (X2), and Security (X3) in E-commerce on increasing service sales at Manise Hotels. Ambon City. The results obtained indicate that the hypothesis which states that E-Commerce has an effect on the Increase in Service Sales at Manise Hotel is proven and from the three independent variables analyzed, there are two factors that are most dominant in influencing the Increase in Service Sales at Manise Hotel Kota Ambon (Y), namely Information variable (X1) and Security (X3). Meanwhile, the marketing variable (X2) in this study is considered to have no significant effect on the increase in service sales at Manise Hotel Ambon City (Y).
