ANALISIS KELAYAKAN INVESTASI PT. BANK MALUKU PADA USAHA RMC (READY MIXED CONCRETE) CV. PEMBANGUNAN PASSO

Abstract

Abstract: Assessment is carried out on investing, not just use 5C and 7P assessment, but also carry out an assessment of all existing aspects concerning the company's outlook will be given investment. The study aims to determine the assessment conducted by PT Bank Maluku to RMC businesses owned CV.Pembangunan Passo. This research is a study descriptive by using methods of analysis, namely: assessment aspects of feasibility and feasibility analysis tools such investment , Payback Period (PP), the method of Average Rate of Return (ARR), the Net Present Value (NPV) , Internal Rate method of Return (IRR), and Profitability Index method (PI). The results showed the Bank's decision to accept the investment Maluku CV Pembangunan Passo is appropriate and feasible, in addition to an assessment of the collateral (guarantee) that would be done by the Bank to anticipate things that are not desirable in the future.
