PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN CAMAT TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR KECAMATAN INAMOSOL KABUPATEN SERAM BAGIAN BARAT
Abstract
Abstract: The leader's approach to his subordinates can not be separated from the leadership style of the sub-district itself. Leadership style is done, conditioned to the discipline of work hence required the ability of leaders to read the situation and respond with the right leadership style. The purpose of this study is to examine the application of leadership style, work discipline and the influence of leadership style. This study uses primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained by using questionnaires to 30 selected respondents and interviews, as well as secondary data obtained from available libraries. The analytical tool used is a simple linear regression descriptive analysis. The results showed that 1). Leadership style influence to employee work discipline at Inamosol District Office West Seram regency 94.2%, and the rest of 5.8% influenced by other factors outside the style of leadership that is not examined. 2). Based on the significance test that has been done obtained t_hitung value greater than t_tabel, then Ho rejected, meaning there is a significant or significant relationship, that leadership style influence on employee work discipline. The hypothesis proposed by the author, "If the leader implements an effective leadership style, then the employee's work discipline will increase, acceptable".Keywords: Leadership Head and Work Discipline
