ABSTRACT

This study aims to see and find out how much influence supervision and morale have on employee performance at PT. Pelni (Persero) Ambon Branch Office. This research was conducted at PT. Pelni (Persero) Ambon Branch Office. This research model uses a questionnaire, which is the collection of data through a list of data questions prepared for each respondent. In addition, interviews were also conducted with parties involved in systematic change based on research objectives. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression to see the effect of the effect of supervision and morale on employee performance. The results showed that supervision and morale can have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Pelni (Persero) Ambon Branch Office. Furthermore, it can be seen that the R Square value obtained is 0.620. This figure shows that 62.0% of the performance (the dependent variable) can be explained by the variable of monitoring factors and morale.
