The workers' awareness of their rights, which have been neglected so far, has created a new spirit among the workers. On the other hand, the existence of a trade union whose main goal is the welfare of the workers, where the task carried out by the trade union is quite heavy, but with the spirit possessed by the trade union it gives great strength so that it can be carried out properly, although there are still many tasks that must be carried out. by workers is caused by the conditions experienced, namely that they have not achieved the welfare as expected. The government has made various efforts to improve the welfare of workers through state institutions as well as those who work for welfare by implementing various applications to improve workers, such as Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. However, the company still issues company regulations which often contradict the regulations made by the government.
