Abstract


ABSTRACT

This study aims to investigate the significant influence of the Democratic Leadership Style on Employee Performance at Financial Company in Ambon. To achieve these objectives, the primary data collection using questionnaires. Thequestionnaire was circulated to employees of Financial Company in Ambon that the research samples were 28 people. The data that has been collected, analyzed systematically by using simple linear regression analysis. The analysis showed that the democratic leadership style positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at Financial Company in Ambon. Otherwise positive effect for appreciating positive regression coefficient (0,710) and was significant because of the value less than 5% alpha (sig = 0.000) and 11.623 t value is greater than t table 2.056. Thus, the hypothesis proposed in this study proved to be true. This conclusion is also consistent with previous research results were used as a reference of this study.
