KONFLIK KERJA DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. POS INDONESIA DI KOTA AMBON

Abstract


This study aims to determine the effect of work conflict on employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia Ambon Branch. The research used is a quantitative method. Research hypothesis testig is done by using multiple linear regression test. In additional, this study also uses a qualitative method to explain other factors that affect employee performance at PT Pos Indonesia Ambon Branch. The results showed that work conflict had a positive effect on employee performance. The calculated R Vakye shows that the work conflict variable only affect 33,4% of employee performance, while 67,4% is influenced by other factors outside the research model.
