ANALISIS PEMANFAATAN DANA DESA TERHADAP PEMBANGUNAN PERDESAAN DI PROVINSI MALUKU TAHUN 2015

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to get a real empirical picture of the utilization of Village Funds for Rural Development in Mollucas Province.
The Mollucas Province, known for its colonial spices, continues to promote rural communities in order to improve the economy of rural communities, with an area of 90% and 10% of the land, and the funding of village funds disbursed by the central government is expected to increase the welfare of rural communities.
Priority of the use of village funds for village development is allocated to achieve the village development objective of improving the welfare of rural people and the quality of human life and poverty alleviation.
The allocation of village funds in the districts/municipalities of Mollucas is as many as 1,385 villages, and from the villages only 1,193 villages as beneficiaries or 86 percent of the total number of villages. While the amount of grants from Kemendes and Transmigration in 2015 amounted to Rp.334.004.517.000, - or the average of aid for 1,193 villages is Rp.279.970.257,4, - for that required serious attention from the central government on the allocation of village funds in Mollucas Province.
This amount if mandated for village development activities is 31%, thus the central government needs attention to development activities in the special region of Ministry of Village in allocating village grants.
