PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI (STUDI PADA PT. PELABUHAN INDONESIA IV (PERSERO) CABANG AMBON)

Abstract

Abstract: The decision of board director to add new investment for supporting the company operation is need the best assesment. The method can be used to this purpose is capital budgeting. This can be advantage to analyze the feasibility of investment. Thus, this research is done to asses feasibility of investment decision making to the provision of crane machinary on PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) Cabang Ambon. The assesment is used some methods, as follows: paybach period, net present value, internal rate of return and sensitivity analysis. The analysis denote that the decision of board director is feasible to done for company sustainable.
