BEBERAPA FAKTOR KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI PADA PERUSAHAAN JASA KONSTRUKSI DI KOTA AMBON)

Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted to determine the effect of occupational safety and health on the performance of employees at the construction company in the city of Ambon. Leverage data is done by questionnaire on the sample of respondents as many as 30 people. Data collected systematically analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis showed that the working procedures, protective equipment and work environment partially or simultaneously significant effect on employee performance. Thus, if the company is able to overcome the problem of occupational safety and health on the performance of employees, the company will be able to increase the productivity of the employees themselves, and can meet the objectives diiginkan.
