Abstract

Abstract The development of information technology has driven great progress in various fields, including in government agencies. Government agencies in the fileld of libraries and archives also play an important role in national development. The Sorong City Geophysics Station Office is one of the accounting entities under the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) which is obliged to carry out accounting reports for the implementation of goods control activities in and out, sorted and distributed to each room after that are input manually which takes a long time, making it difficult for officers to input data at the end of the reporting month. This researcher discusses the system and procedures for retrieveal of consumables using the goods inventory application at the geophysics Station Office, Sorong City. The data analysis method in this study uses qualitative data analysis which is carried out interactively and continuously at each stage of the research so that it is complete.
