Abstract


ABSTRACT

The main purpose of this study is to find out how the central bank's role in maximizing the use of the Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS) payment system nationally, especially at the Bank Indonesian Representative Office in Maluku Province. In this study, the author conducted several stages of observation, interviews and looked for sources from books that could provide information related to the development of the Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS) payment system. The results showed that the development of the payment system, especially in Maluku province, has not been optimal because Maluku Province is free of islands, so it is quite difficult to conduct education to increase awareness from the people of Maluku Province about the development of the payment system for people outside the city of Ambon so that the highest percentage of users of the Indonesain Standart Quick Response Payment system is found in the city of Ambon, which is 70% of the 37,447 users who have been acquired Keywords : QRIS, Maluku and Payment System
