The purpose of this study was to determine public services at the Megah District Office, Sorong Regency. Regional autonomy is oriented towards the realization of regional independence, efficiency and effectiveness in the implementation of government functions, including the function of public services. The government’s attention to public attention to public service can be seen with the enactment of law number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services, namely the law that regulates the principles of good governance which is the effectiveness of the functions of the government itself. So the main problem in this paper is: “how is the performance analysis of the District Government Bureaucracy in assessing the quality of public service employees at the Mega District Office, Sorong Regency. The data analysis method in this study uses qualitative data analysis carried out interactively and takes place continuously at each stage of the research so that it is complete.
