ANALISIS PENYERAPAN TENAGA KERJA PADA PTP NUSANTARA XIV AWAIYA DI KABUPATEN MALUKU TENGAH

Abstract

Abstract: This study was conducted with the purpose of employment in PTP Nusantara XIV and its influence on the level of aoutput generated and absorbed labor input. The data collected was analyzed systematically, starting with the analysis method of partial labor productivity and continued with a simple regression analysis. The results of the analysis proved that the productivity of labor affects the level of output is generated and absorbed labor input. The same thing when evidenced by regression analysis where the t test, was highly influential employment level of output produced at PTP Nusantara XIV Awaiya.
