MOTIVASI DAN PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR DEPARTEMEN AGAMA KABUPATEN FAKFAK

Abstract

Abstract: In a job, an employee must have a high motivation to work so that labor productivity will also increase and objectives of the organization can be realized. This study was done to see how the influence of motivation to work productivity of employees at the office of the Department of Religion Fakfak. By using descriptive statistical analysis, simple linear regression analysis, as well Statistically test (t test), the result that work motivation positive and significant effect on work productivity of employees at the Office of Religious Affairs Fakfak but its influence only by 16.18% while the rest amounting to 83.82% influenced by other variables outside the model.
