MODEL ORSIDES: INOVASI KOMUNIKASI STRATEGIK DALAM PENANGANAN ISU PROVOKATIF SELAMA PEMILU 2024 DI INDONESIA

Penelitian ini mengembangkan Model ORSIDES (Orchestrated Strategic Intelligence for Democracy and Electoral Security) sebagai kerangka inovatif komunikasi strategik dalam penanganan isu-isu provokatif selama Pemilu 2024 di Indonesia. Menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods dengan design explanatory sequential, penelitian ini menganalisis strategi komunikasi Badan Intelijen Negara (BIN) melalui survey terhadap 450 responden di lima kota fokus, in-depth interviews dengan 25 informan kunci, dan analisis konten 2.847 postingan media sosial. Model ORSIDES terdiri dari lima komponen terintegrasi: (1) BIN sebagai Integrator dan Orchestrator, (2) Sistem Deteksi dan Monitoring, (3) Respons Strategik, (4) Koordinasi Multi-Stakeholder, dan (5) Evaluasi dan Adaptasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan efektivitas model dengan detection accuracy 89%, response time 2,3 jam, dan overall effectiveness rate 84%. Model ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap teori komunikasi strategik dan praktik penanganan disinformasi dalam konteks demokratis.
