Rainwater Infiltration Well / SRAH is a man-made well whose main function is to collect rainwater and absorb it into the ground. This can be seen from the BTN Wayame Housing area on Jl. Ir. M. Putuhena, Teluk Ambon District, Ambon City. When conditions of high rainfall in the future, the possibility of conventional drainage in the area exceeds its capacity which causes inundation and flooding. So it is necessary to design a complementary drainage system, namely infiltration wells. The purpose of this study is to analyze the amount of runoff discharge, analyze the dimensions needed to overcome water runoff, analyze the large volume of water stored in the soil/SRAH, and analyze the efficiency of infiltration wells at the Wayame BTN Housing on Jl. Ir. M. Putuhena, Teluk Ambon District, Ambon City. The research method was carried out based on hydrological analysis to determine the amount of water runoff that fell on the roof of the house, using the rational method. After that, a soil sample was taken at the location, and then taken to the laboratory to test the soil permeability coefficient which was analyzed using the falling head permeability test method. 10 years is 0.00224 m3/s,0.00311 m3/s, 0.00370 m3/s and the minimum design flood discharge is 0.00068 m3/s,0.00094 m3/s, 0.00112 m3/s. The dimensions of the designed infiltration wells are 2 meters and 3 meters. the volume of water that is absorbed into the ground for 2 hours for infiltration wells with a height of 3 meters is 172.8 m3. The maximum efficiency for a return period of 2 years, with a well height of 3 meters is 178%, respectively. And the minimum efficiency for the 2-year return period is 33%. Because of the importance of infiltration wells in reducing water into the ground, it is hoped that the government will make regulations or laws that require every homeowner to have an infiltration wellReferences
