Abstract

Southwest Maluku Regency is a new division, So a lot of sustainable infrastructure development is carried out by BPJN XVI Maluku and Maluku Utara, Such as the construction of the Road, In the development process there are some obstacles Including the unavailability of project material in the local area, So it must be taken from outside the island, On the other hand improper calculations also have an effect In continuity of work and result in job delays.

This study aims to make modeling in the form of mathematics, Which is appropriate to calculate the material requirements plan of a road construction project. The research was conducted by collecting data of material usage In the field of the Contractor and PPK Wetar Island , By specifying the dependent variable and the independent variable As well as tested Correlation then can be regressed by using softwere MINITAB 17. The results showed, the dependent variable (Y) is the use of materials in the field and the independent variable (X) is the quantity based on the contract. Based on the results of the analysis then the modeling for the calculation of material use on aggregate needs kelas S ; Y= -3.46+ 1.0964X†,  kelas A : Y= -146 + 1.09992Xâ€, “ kelas B ; Y= 26.8+ 1.0778Xâ€, “Lapis Pengikat – Aspal Cair  ; Y= -62+ 1.0858Xâ€, “ Lapis Perekat – Aspal Cair ; Y=  65.7+ 1.00010Xâ€, “ Lataston Lapis Aus Wearing Cource (HRS-WC) ; Y= 67.3+ 1.01266Xâ€, “  Lapis Pondasi ; Y= 67.6+ 1.01266Xâ€, “Bahan Anti Pengelupasan; Y= 76+ 1.0117Xâ€.
