Abstract

This Research has done to answer the problem of inundation faced at jalan A.Y Patty area of Ambon City. Which one of the factors is the availability of diffused space is lack to the contruction of waterproof buildings. Then offered the concept of environmentally friendly drainage is underdrain box storage can connected directly to the ground so the water which coming can diffused. This research need the stream region mapping which coming come to the drainage that reviewed and also rainfall data to predict big plan discharge with repeated periods 2,5 and 10 years. The methods which used in discharde calculation of rain intensity used is mononobe methods. Analysis results has done, to shows with these UBS are able to reduce number of inundation occur with box storage volumes 408,81 m3 and increase the diffusion water volumes equal to 0,0052 m3.
