Abstract

Siwar Village, Ambalau Distric has a water supply system. However, experiencing interference so that people have difficulty getting clean water. For daily water needs, people must buy water at a water depot. This makes the writer want to review the problems that occur in the distribution system. The clean water supply system in Siwar Village is planned for met the people water needs until 2044. Projections of the population in the planned year are carried out using arithmetic method, geometric method, and least square analysis, the results are averaged to predicted the amount of clean water needs. After that it will also analyze the existing distribution system in Siwar Village using the WaterNet application to find out the problems that occur in the system, and the writer will look for solutions to overcome the problems obtained. Survey results show that the water needs of residents in Siwar Village can be met for the next 25 years. And also based on the analysis of the existing distribution system using WaterNet, it is found that some tertiary pipes in Siwar Village have relatively minimum (negative), relative energy and to overcome this problem the problematic pipes must be replaced with a larger diameter so that the relative energy is more than zero and water can flowing well into the homes of residents
