Road pavement is a construction built on top of the subgrade, which functions to support traffic loads. There are generally two types of pavement construction, namely flexible pavement and rigid pavement. Pavement planning is one of the most important things for the construction of a road so it is necessary to do accurate analysis of the conditions that affect the planning itself. The planning of flexible pavement of the Ir. Soekarno Lauran intersection (Sta 00+000 - Sta 03+200) will facilitate the flow of transportation in the area is necessary because it has an impact on regional development and improvement of community welfare. This research aims to plan a good road pavement on the Ir. Soekarno Lauran road section (Sta 00+000 - Sta 03+200) using the 1987 Bina Marga Component Analysis method and the 2017 Road Pavement Design Manual method with the type of pavement is flexible pavement. The data obtained is sourced from the Tanimbar Islands Regency Public Works Office which is secondary data. The analysis used in this research is to use standardized formulas. The results obtained from this research with the 1987 Bina Marga Component Analysis method are Surface Course = 5 cm, Base Course = 15 cm, Sub Base Course = 15 cm. With a plan life of 20 years.Referensi
