Analisa Perbandingan Perilaku Struktur Gedung Menggunakan Dinding Geser Beton Bertulang Berjenis Frame Walls Dan Core Wals

Building is a enclosed structure that has wall, floor, roof, and typically windows. Building is a place for humans do their activities, living, workplace/office, school, etc. This research discussed about comparison between 2 buildings that has a different kind of shear walls, core walls and frame walls. The purposes of this research is to analyze the preliminary design of the building, analyze the occuring story drift at a building, and comparing the story drifts between those 2 buildings. Collecting data method that is used is a primary data such as structural plan and secondary data such as spectrum response graphic, and analyzed using the static equivalent method based on SNI 1726-2019. Structural analyzing process also calculated with ETABS. Results of this research showed the preliminary of the structural column 800mm x 800mm, practical column 150mm x 150mm, structural beam 350mm x 500mm, secondary beam 250mm x 350mm, thickness of A type floor slab 125mm, thickness of B type floor slab 200mm, shear wall thickness is 200mm. Maximum interstory displacement of a building that uses core walls type is 166.826mm and exceeding the limit of 69.231mm. Therefore, the interstory displacement of a building that uses frame walls is 26.653 mm, and it does not exceeding the interstory displacement limit of 69.231mm. From the calculation above, the difference between those 2 interstory displacement was 140.173mm, and the frame wall type of shear wall is better for reducing the story drift that happens from lateral forcesReferensi
