Abstrak

Concrete is the material obtained by mixing fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, Portland cement and water. To increase Strength Press Concrete can be used Material added Chemistry (Admixture) with certain comparison. This research was conducted to know the characteristics of Wailava Fine Aggregate and Aggregate Rough Wailava and mix design for normal concrete quality with compressive strength of K-350 kg / cm2 concrete and compressive strength of concrete with Sikacim chemicals and its comparison. Mix Design Method is done by using SNI 03-2834-2000 "Procedure of Making Normal Concrete Blend Plan".The results of the research of Quarry Wailava fine aggregate characteristics were obtained:Wv = 1,2 gr / cm3, SC = 2.40%, WC = 3.20%, BJAH = 2.66 gr / cm3, MHB = 2.78% and the crude aggregate of Quarry Wailava is: Wv = 1,3 gr / cm3, SC = 0.35%, WC = 1.31%, BJAK = 2.64 gr / cm3, MHB = 7.73%. Mix Design for concrete compressive strength K-350 kg / cm2: Cement = 420,45 kg, Sand = 621.59 kg, Rock Split = 1154.5 kg, Water = 177.45 liter ,. Mix Design for Strong Pressure Concrete Additive Sikacim with dose 250 ml: Water = 150,83 liter. The test results of the material characteristics meet the standard of concrete strength building material. Strong Comparison of Normal Concrete Press and Concrete by using Additive Sikacim added material is: 366,43 kg / cm2: 423,25 kg / cm2. Or Strong Concrete Press using Additive 15.5% higher than Normal Strong Concrete Press.
