Abstrak

Successful completion of a timely construction project is one of the most important goals for both owners and contractors. A project is likely to experience delays if planning, provision and implementation are not appropriate. This research aims to determine the factors that cause the delay of project implementation time in the construction project of qualification building M1 and M2. The research was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires, with the target respondents being directors, site managers, and foremen with sub-sector building work. Before the questionnaire was used to measure the variables then first tested the validity and reliability by using the software program IBM SPSS 22.0. The results of the research indicate that the factors that cause the delay in the implementation of the project are crucial is, Funding of unplanned project activity (funding difficulties in contractor), the classification of the cause is the Resource Readiness / Preparation Aspect, with the approval level for the respondent of the Director is 88.192% , for Site Manager respondents is 87.273%, for the respondent the Mandor is 84.545%.
