Analisis Kebutuhan Parkir Pada ACC Mall Kota Ambon

Ambon city is the capital of Moluccas province is developing like other big cities. Currently, shopping centers in Ambon City are in demand, which one is the ACC Mall (Ambon City Center) located on the Wolter Monginsidi, Â Street, Passo. People who visit here, in addition to using public transportation, they also use private vehicles such as motorcycle and car that required large parking area to accommodate these vehicles. Given the large number of vehicles entering this shopping center, the shopping center management needs to provide a more adequate and well-ordered parking area to avoid the vehicle clutter being parked. The study purpose to get an overview of the parking characteristics in the Ambon City Center Mall (ACC). The data used are primary data that is recording time of entry and exit of vehicle. Secondary data used is the area of parking, parking type and parking capacity. The results showed Parking Volume For the highest motorcycle that is 1781 vehicles While the lowest is 1,025 vehicles. Parking volume for the highest car is 1175 Vehicle while the lowest is 432 vehicles. maximum parking index for motor is 91,59%, and for car 86,88%. maximum PTO parking usage rate at the site and according to the maximum day. for motor of 7.48, and for car 6.42.
