Abstrak

Abdullah Solissa, Ampera is one of the roads in Masohi City which is used as an on street parking area on one side of the road. The emergence of on street parking on this road was due to the Masohi Plaza building renovation project which had an effect on the non functioning of parking facilities in the Plaza area. As a result, vehicles visiting the plaza parked on the body of Jalan Abdullah Solissa, Ampera. This study aims to determine the effect of on street parking on the performance of the Abdullah Solissa, Ampera road. MKJI, 1997 is used to evaluating the existing conditions of on street parking and conditions where on street parking is abolished to see the effect of parking on the performance of the Abdullah Solissa, Ampera road. The results of the analysis show that with on street parking, the free flow speed from 64 km/hour decreases to 33 km/hour and the road capacity value from 2554 pcu/hour decreases to 1859 pcu/hour. However, the value of the degree of saturation changes very little, from 0.28 to 0.20 or only 0.08 difference. level of service (LOS) of the Jl Abdullah Solissa section is still included in category A
