ABSTRACT

The aims of this research are 1). To find out and analyze the effect of competence on the performance of employees of PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk Ambon Branch 2). To find out and analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk Ambon Branch 3). To find out and analyze the influence of the work environment on the performance of employees of PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk Ambon Branch 4). To determine the effect of competence, organizational culture, and work environment on the performance of employees of PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk Ambon Branch The results of the research show and prove that: 1). The results of the study prove that there is a positive and significant effect of competence on the performance of employees of PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk Ambon Branch, according to the results of the first hypothesis test 2). The results of the study prove that there is a positive and significant influence of organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk Ambon Branch, based on the results of the second hypothesis test. 3). The results of the study prove that there is a positive and significant influence of the work environment on the performance of employees of PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk Ambon Branch, according to the results of the third hypothesis test. 4). The results of the research prove that there is a mutual influence between competence, organizational culture, work environment on the performance of employees of PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk Ambon Branch, according to the results of the fourth hypothesis test. 5). The contribution of competence, work motivation and work discipline to employee performance (R2) is 94.0%. Competence has a greater influence on the performance of employees of PT. State Savings Bank (Persero) Tbk Ambon Branch.
