employee performance. based on the t test it is known that all independent variables consisting of financial compensation (X1), non-financial compensation variables (X2), and work ability variables (X3) have a partially significant effect (individual) on the dependent variable namely the performance of employees of PT Bunga Wangsa Sejati / Jatim Park I Batu City.
