Abstract

Abstract; This study aims to see the effect of 1). Analyzing the effect of aspects of financial compensation, non-financial and assessment of work ability on employee performance, in the Knowledge Learning Division of PT Bunga Wangsa Sejati - Jatim Park - Kota Batu, 2). Analyzing which variable has the dominant influence on employee performance, in the Knowledge Learning Division of PT Bunga Wangsa Sejati. The results obtained, it can be concluded that the financial compensation variable (X1), non-financial compensation variable (X2), and the ability to work (X3) has an influence
on employee performance variables (Y). Based on the results of the F test it is known that the independent variable consisting of financial compensation (X1), non-financial compensation variable (X2), and work ability variable (X3) simultaneously (together) significantly influence
employee performance. based on the t test it is known that all independent variables consisting of financial compensation (X1), non-financial compensation variables (X2), and work ability variables (X3) have a partially significant effect (individual) on the dependent variable namely the performance of employees of PT Bunga Wangsa Sejati / Jatim Park I Batu City.
