Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine the effect of direct and indirect influence spiritual intelligence, group cohesiveness to organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance. This research is a study explanatory, the unit of analysis is an employee of a private hospital in the city of Ambon. Selection of the samples in this study using a sampling technique probability sampling, the method of simple random sampling of the number of samples that have as many as 192 units. Analysis using
inferential statistical tool that is path analysis. The results of the study explained that spiritual intelligence affect organizational citizenship behavior, group cohesiveness directly affect organizational citizenship behavior. Spiritual intelligence directly affect employee performance. group cohesiveness direct influence on employee performance. Organizational citizenship behavior affects employee performance. Organizational
citizenship behavior shown to mediate the effects of spiritual intelligence and group cohesiveness on employee performance. Linkage non-material aspects of a spiritual nature, the strength of the interaction in working groups and work behavior that shows the individual contributions that exceed the demands of the role in the workplace boost employee performance terms of quality of work, quantity of work, timeliness and the
achievement of cost effectiveness.
