Abstract: The purpose of research conducted by researchers at PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Pattimura Ambon Airport is: 1). To analyze the effect of compensation and work ability partially on employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Pattimura Ambon Airport? 2). To analyze the effect of compensation and work ability simultaneously on employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Pattimura Ambon Airport? 3). To analyze the dominant influence between compensation and work ability on employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Pattimura Ambon Airport ?. Based on the results of hypothesis testing has proved that the compensation and work ability affect the performance of employees of PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Pattimura Ambon Airport, either partially or simultaneously so that the resulting regression model is appropriate in describing employee performance. While the compensation variable is very dominant influence on the increase of employee performance at PT. Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Pattimura Ambon Airport compared with other variables of work ability.
