SISTEM ANTRIAN SINGLE SNAKE DALAM KAITAN DENGAN KEPUASAN NASABAH PERBANKAN
Abstract
Abstract: The first purpose of this research is to know how the influence of
single snake queue system to customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at bank PT (Persero) BNI and PT (Persero) Mandiri Branch of Pattimura Ambon. The independent variable in this research is single snake queue system and independent variable that is customer satisfaction. For the purpose of hypothesis analysis and testing then conducted date collection using questionnaires circulated to 50 respondents and then analyzed by using simple linear regression. The result of analiysis shows that simultaneously single snake queue system as idenpendent variable has unsignificant effect to customer satisfaction as independent variable. This can be proven from an
alpha value of sig or 0,806 and alpha 5% or 0.05.
