Abstract

Abstract: This study intends to find out the management of the allocation of village funds in the village of Basarin-Gorom. The results showed that: first, the level of management of the Village Fund was not optimal, because Village Officials and Village Heads were less understanding and were not open to the village community Basarin concerning the value of village funds and the mechanism of Village Fund Allocation management based on the rules. Second, the level of accountability of village funds does not match what was done at the time of reporting on village fund accountability. Third, the level of development planning is very clear that there is no collaboration between village officials and the community in the planning process of development programs in Basarin Village. community so that by itself the community can take ranks or participate in the management of the IMB.
