PENGARUH PENGAWASAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS SOSIAL KABUPATEN FAKFAK

Abstract: This research was conducted with the aim to analyze the effect of
supervision on employee performance. The analysis shows that supervision has a positive effect on employee performance. This is evident from the positive regression coefficient of 0.640. That is, if supervision has increased as much as employee performance (Y) will increase as well. The results of the calculation of Pearson product moment correlation, if interpreted into the correlation coefficient interpretation table, it can be seen that the close relationship between the two variables is classified as low, 0.479 (between 0.40-0.599). The results of the calculation of the determinant coefficient, it appears that supervision provides an effect of 22.9% on employee performance in the Social Service District of Fakfak while the remaining 77.1% is determined by other variables not examined in this study.
