ANALISA FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENDAPATAN PETANI KAKAO

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to find out how big influence of production level, land area and selling price of cocoa influence to cocoa farmer's income in Murnaten Village, Taniwel Sub-district, Seram Barat Regency.
Based on the result of regression test, the amount of production influence the income of cocoa farmer with the proof of X1 = 8,54,1,81, hence hypothesis for (X1) that is H0 rejected and Ha accepted, likewise variable X3 (selling price), t value is X3 = 2.35 ˃ 1.81. Thus the variables X1 and X3 have a positive effect on the income of cocoa farmers, while the variable X2 (land area) does not affect the income of cocoa farmers because based on the test value X2 = 0.38˂1,81.
Cocoa (Theobrama Cacao L) is a plantation commodity that provides income for cocoa farmers in Murnaten Village. This plantation work has a bright prospect to be marketed inside and outside the region. Cocoa farmers need to improve cocoa achievement skills and short marketing relationships so that cocoa prices are not too low
