ANALISIS PERBEDAAN PERMINTAAN AYAM CRISPY DAN AYAM ORIGINAL DI KFC AMBON PLAZA

Abstrak

Maluku, as one of the provinces in Indonesia, is currently seeing more and more fast food restaurants, both local and foreign. One of the foreign fast food restaurants developing in Indonesia is Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC). KFC Ambon Plaza was founded in 1995 after KFC had been running for 4 years, in 1999 KFC Ambon Plaza had to close this because in 1999 there were riots in the city of Ambon, after the riots in 1999. KFC Ambon Plaza sells 2 types of processed chicken. already known to all visiting customers, namely Crispy Chicken and Original Chicken which are the main menu at KFC restaurants. The problems in this research are 1. Is there a difference between the taste of original chicken and crispy chicken at KFC Ambon Plaza. 2. How to analyze customer opinions regarding original chicken and crispy chicken at KFC Ambon Plaza. With research objectives 1. To describe the differences between original chicken and crispy chicken at Kfc Ambon Plaza. 2. To find out how to analyze customer opinions regarding original chicken and crispy chicken at Kfc Ambon Plaza. Research results use Profit analysis. The research results show that there is more consumer demand for crispy chicken than original chicken. This means that research regarding the difference in demand for crispy chicken and original chicken at Ambon Plaza means that there is more consumer demand for Crispy chicken than Original chicken from May to August 2023.
