Abstrak

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data that is collected is then analyzed using regression and correlation analysis. After analyzing information obtained that: (a) the influence of organizational culture on employee work discipline in the Department of Industry and Trade of Fakfak Regency is 0.713% which shows that the influence of organizational culture on employee work
discipline at the Department of Trade and Industry of Fakfak Regency lies between 0.60 - 0.799, which means the correlation results obtained have a strong degree of relationship. (b) furthermore, the result of simple linear regression analysis is a = 5.692 and the price of b = 0.825, then the result is a number that reflects that the positive influence of organizational culture on working discipline. (c) the magnitude of the coefficient of determination (correlation strength) of 50.83% which means the influence of organizational culture on employee work discipline at the Department of
Trade and Industry of Fakfak Regency by 50.83% while the remaining contribution of 49.17% is given by other factors that are not measured in this study.
