PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN P.T. HENRISON INTI PERSADA (HIP) KABUPATEN SORONG

Abstrak

Abstract: PT. Hendrison Inti Persada (HIP) is one of the bigger private company in oil palm plantation indutry. The challenge for management is to increase the employee performace, so company goals can be achieved. This research was done to analyze the influence of work environment to the employee performaceon P.T. Henrison Inti Persada (HIP). It can be sollution for the company to improve the performance of employee. The sample in this research is 39 peoples. They was total employee of company, all at once as population of this reserach. Data was analized with the level of achievement of the respondents (TCR), validity and reliability test, linearity test, correlation product moment test and simple regression test. The result showed that its influences were the level of TCR on work environment was very good and the level of TCR on employee performance was good and very good. According to analysis, all item of variables was valid (r test > r table) and it was reliable (alpha cronbach > 0.6), linearity test with significant 0.000 > 0.05. So, It can be concluded that there was the linearity between employee performance and work environment. Beside that product moment correlation test showed the correlation between two variables was very strong. It denoted by r test 0.893 > r table 0,3160. The regression model was Y = 2,882+1,141X).
