Abstrak

Abstract: that the representation is not only reviewed in terms of the impact of terms and conditions which are not followed by the registration of a marriage certificate, but marriage must be reviewed from Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning marriage which is currently in effect (positive law) and the compilation of Islamic Law of 1991. Marriage carried out underhand will not guarantee legal order in the marriage. For this reason, the existence of Law No. 1 of 1971 and the Law of Islam or the compilation of Islamic law is a new era for the interests of the Muslim community, especially in the City of Sorong.
