MOTIVASI DAN PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR DEPARTEMEN AGAMA KABUPATEN FAKFAK

Abstrak

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of motivation to work productivity of employees at the Office of Religious Affairs Fakfak. Data collected by using questionnaires and interviews with respondents sampled this study. The data collected was analyzed systematically by using correlation analysis. This analysis is intended to discover the relationship between motivation variables with employee productivity. The analysis showed that the relationship motivation variable (X) with employee productivity (Y) relatively very low. While contributions motivation variable to employee productivity (Y) of 30.25% and the remaining 69.75% is determined by other variables not included in this study.
