Abstrak

Abstract: This study is intended to provide an overview of the influence of motivation on work discipline in Fak-Fak District Office. The study used a questionnaire to collect the data needed. Data collected from respondents continued using correlation analysis. The analysis showed that the contribution of motivation (X) to work discipline (Y) which is indicated by the determinant coefficient = r² or 0,69² x 100% x 100% = 47.61%, the remaining 52.39% is explained by other variables not included in this study.
