Abstrak

Abstract: This study aims to determine the ability of an employee or employees of PD. Irian Bhakti - Fakfak Branch in providing administrative services to customers. Against this, the two aspects to consider is the effectiveness of administrative services to the customers of rice and rice administrative efficiency services to customers. Research using questionnaires, and based on the data obtained, it can be obtained information that: the effectiveness of administrative services to the customer rice has met the required aspects of customers. Which still needs to be improved is the sense of satisfaction in providing administrative services to the customers rice, which only reached 60.53%. This figure is still small when compared with other aspects that reach above 70%. Rice administrative efficiency services to customers who reach above 80%. However, service administration never adjusted to the market price.
