PENGARUH KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA PENYULUH PADA BADAN PELAKSANA PENYULUHAN DAN KETAHANAN PANGAN KABUPATEN FAKFAK

Abstrak

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the causal relationship between the competence of the performance extension to the Executive Agency Extension and Food Security Fakfak. This study was included in the category of the survey, which aimed to collect data from 52 respondents in a sample, using questionnaires as the main data collection tool. Then testing the data with validity and reliability, followed by regression analysis. The test results showed that all the questions declared valid and reliable. Then the regression coefficient is positive and significant, indicating that competence variables significantly affect performance improvement agricultural extension field in Fakfak. Thus it can be ascertained that the higher the competence of the higher performance of extension, otherwise the low competence, the lower the performance of the Executive Agency Extension educator and Food Security Fakfak.
