Abstract

Road maintenance work on Leti Island, Southwest Maluku Regency, funded by state budget, commenced in December 2022 and covers STA 0+000 to STA 8+500. This study aims to compare the budget cost estimates calculated using AHSP 2016 and AHSP 2022, considering revisions in unti price analysis guidelines. The comparison focuses on drainage, graded pavement, and asphalt pavement works at STA 2+850 – 4+800 and STA 5+550-7=750, totaling 4,150 m, incluiding 700 m of drainage at STA 4+800 – 5+500.
Based on AHSP 2016, the estimated cost for these works is IDR 26,298,081,195.42, while AHSP 2022 produces an estimate of IDR 26,222,776,527.20. The final recapitulation for four divisions shows a total of IDR 38,624,792,939.49 using AHSP 2016 and IDR 37,094,529,873.97 using AHSP 2022. The findings indicate that AHSP 2022 results in a more economical budget plan. This difference is influenced by lower labor, material, and equipment coefficient indices in AHSP 2022 compared to AHSP 2016, leading to greater overall cost efficiency.
