KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL DI JEMAAT GPM TUNI

ABSTRACT
This research discusses pastors as Trasformational Leaders in the GPM Tuni Congregation, and the aim is to analyze the pastor's leadership in the GPM Tuni Congregation, using qualitative research methods in the GPM Tuni Church, Klasis Ambon Island, in August 2019, using interviews as a data collection technique, analyzed, and Theological evaluations from an empirical perspective and theological perspective on the interaction between context and text with sources from the Bible, books and Church Teachings. The result obtained is that the pastor who leads in the GPM Tuni Congregation does not yet have the character as a transformational leader, based on an analysis of the four elements that characterize transformational leadership, namely: ideal influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration.
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini membahas Pendeta sebagai Pemimpin Trasformasional di Jemaat GPM Tuni, dan tujuannya adalah menganalisis kepemimpinan pendeta di Jemaat GPM Tuni, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif di Jemaat GPM Tuni, Klasis Pulau Ambon, pada Bulan Agustus 2019, menggunakan wawancara sebagai teknik pengumpulan data, dianalsis, dan evaluasi Teologis dari perspektif empiris dan prespektif teologis terhadap interaksi antara konteks dan teks dengan sumber dari Alkitab, buku-buku dan Ajaran Gereja. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah pendeta yang memimpin di Jemaat GPM Tuni belum memiliki karakter sebagai pemimpin yang trasformasional, berdasarkan analisis terhadap empat elemen yang menjadi ciri-ciri kepemimpinan trasformasional, yaitu: pengaruh ideal, motivasi inspirasional, stimulasi intelektual, dan pertimbangan individual.
